You mention Alice Cooper and my mind slides through this self-made short film clip of Alice Cooper on stage, dressed in black, blood running out of his mouth and down his cheeks..
..or so it appeared.
Then the real shocker ; Alice in slacks and hawai i shirt, putting on the golf course. Then Alice showing off his crib in Az. (and if I m not mistaken, he lived in a mobile home for a short while) Like, this dude s for real and he s just like you and me !
I think Alice Cooper was the first Rock Star to make that kinda impression on me. And as far as I can tell, he s still that guy next door. I ll have to make a point of seeing Alice live next chance I get.

but I say that about all kindsa Bands. Maybe if I lose my job. Then I could hang out at the local venues a bit more often and see all these still alive, very friendly but getting older by the day crazy futher muckers who s only goal is to die on stage.

I didn t even know that show existed! You know Alice, whose real name is Vincent Furnier, was born in Detroit, MICHIGAN.
His father was a father(minister), how ironic, huh?..
..Those were the days.
