This week in Philadelphia is the Popped! Music Festival featuring over 40 independent musicians and artists. The festival starts Monday, April 9th and ends on Sunday, April 15th.

Among the highlights will be a live broadcast of Illinois on Friday April 13th at Noon on WXPN and NPR.org Today's download is from The Spinto Band from Delaware. They perform this Friday night at the Starlight
