The master bedroom has a vanity within the bedroom, as well as a built-in dresser in the closet. The other room that is becoming available, has a gorgeous seated bay window that looks out towards the ocean. Entire house has beautiful, original hardwood floors.

Common areas are very spacious. Living room with working fireplace, has room for 4 sofas! Dining room is furnished with a large oak table.

Large kitchen made for one who enjoys cooking; has relatively new appliances (refridgerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer in basement). Four-season wrap-around porch has spectacular ocean view and serves as a second living room (couch and table, etc). One of the tenants has renovated the backyard and made it a lovely space for some quiet or an outdoor meal.

All tenants share the basement as a storage space. Living here gives you a number of commuting options: Walking distance (less than 15 minutes) to Commuter Rail (goes into North Station), short drive to Wonderland T-stop (blue line), or straight-forward commute by car all the way into Boston (without traffic it is a mere 20-30 minutes to the North End, in heavy traffic more like an hour's commute). Everyone (in the house and neighborhood) is friendly and so we looking for others who are too.

House has plenty of space to hang together or do own thing. Looking for friendly, responsible housemates, male or female. NO smokers, drugs or heavy drinkers.
