YOU MAY BE ABLE TO HEAR rumbling all the way to Assembly Street when So Percussion and USC percussion students take on Steve Reich s Drumming. The 1971 composition is considered one of the high points of Reich s long career, which is still going strong.

m. Thursday concert is the last one of this season s Southern Exposure new music series. The drummers will set up the rhythm at the USC recital hall, at Assembly and College streets.
