The singer has been out of rehab for six whole days, and has yet to shave her head, flash photographers or get married in Vegas.
In her first public outing since completing her rehab stint at Malibu's Promises Centre , Spears and two girlfriends enjoyed a sushi dinner after attending a hip-hop dance class in North Hollywood on Friday night.
"The minute she walked in, she basically lit up the room," instructor Darren Henning told People magazine, adding that Spears quietly took her place in the back of the 30-person class.
"I had no idea she was coming, so I was shocked." "She did the choreography really well," Henning added. "In fact, she came in and nailed it.
All my students tried harder to get on their game."
But Spears's weekend wasn't all fun and pop 'n' locks. The singer, looking surprisingly hot in a long brown wig and hat, visited Century City Medical Plaza on Sunday evening for an emergency visit to the dentist.
Her rep insists it's nothing serious, telling People: "At worst, it's a toothache."
Let's hope it didn’t require painkillers.
