Concert in the NAC Salon on Sunday, April 1 at 14:00 in the afternoon. Organized by the NACO Bursary Committee, this chamber music concert is a fundraiser towards prizes for future Bursary Competition winners, some of whom will go on to pursue on the day up to $2,000, so those attending this musical matinee will know that the Violinist Leah Roseman, the 1990 winner of the NAC Orchestra Bursary Competition, is music concert. The others are principal second violin Donnie Deacon, violinists Mark Friedman, Edvard Skerjanc, and Sally Benson (the latter switching to viola for the occasion), and cellists Margaret Munro Tobolowska and David Hutchenreuther.

Violist Music lovers will hear Mozart's Duo for Violin and Viola and String Quintet No. 3 in C major, as well as Beethoven's String Quartet No 4 in C minor performed at the The first NACO Bursary Competition was in 1981. The Bursary provides recognition and musicians who have connections to the National Capital Region.
