Singer-songwriter Nick Bold says he was inspired to write for , he says it would be a dream come true to perform it on a match day at the Reebok Stadium.
Bolton Town got its debut when Nick and bandmate Linda Jennings took to the streets and performed an acoustic version for the passing public.
Shopper Margaret Fisher, aged 38, said: "I think its really catchy.
I really like the chorus and the harmonies. I think it should be Bolton's official song."
Pensioner Roy Bamford said: "I think he's done a great job.
The words tell a story and I'm going to be whistling that chorus for the rest of the day."
