That's right, for this low cost, you can have a 2 room studio with nice bathroom and laundry in the unit all to yourself! It has beautiful hardwood floors and is nicely painted. Large space actually and you'd share the upstairs kitchen and such with 2 friendly gals one who's a professional and the other a grad student at BC.
Utilities are shared and run an average of 100 or so a month...
which would be heat, hotwateer, electric, gas, cable, internet, phone ) That's not bad at all! Very quiet and nice residential area and free onstreet parking is available. You'd be near main bus lines ( 10-15 min walk) ( Express buses to Copley/503 and Downtown Boston/501 and the 86, 57, 64 to Harvard, Sommerville, Kenmore area which from there could take you to the Green/Red Lines.
There is no fee or credit check, but you'd need to sign a lease which would be like a 10 month lease with the option to renew. Very nice deal!
