Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend, claims he's the six-month-old's dad, along with several other men, including Howard K. Stern, Smith's companion, who is listed as Dannielynn's father on her birth certificate.
Stern currently has custody of Dannielynn. Virgie Arthur, the late star's mother, is also fighting for custody of Dannielynn. Smith was buried March 2 in the Bahamas, following court hearings in Florida and the Bahamas over who would have custody over her body and where she would be buried.
Smith's body was interred next to her son, Daniel, who died in September.
