I just moved here and I'm looking for three fun, laid back girls to be my roommates. It's in a large, really great beach house, right on the beach block in Winthrop. It's beautiful here, and the landlord is sooooo awesome and VERY cool.
(young+cute) You can move in and have October as a free month-- And the landlord will just want month of rent ($500 for November) to move in. No security deposit necessary* I'm 21, a hair designer, and really easy going. Also, considerate and fun.
I like going out and hanging out. We have an entire floor of this huge house(3 apartments in all) and everyone that lives here is young, so you'll be happy. All of the bedrooms are big and spread out.
The living room is very large and we have an awesome back deck and a back yard. Kitchen is an eat-in, and there's a pantry. Gas stove, too.
Washer and dryer right in the apartment. You are going to LOVE the beach; just walk out side and it's right there..
