Seeing Carl Barat and Pete Doherty reunite The Libertines might not be a pipe dream after all.
Barat, former singer/guitarist for The Libertines, told London's XFM radio that he won't rule out rejoining Doherty, his partner in The Libertines. The band fell apart in 2005, after Barat booted Doherty from the outfit in the wake of his drug addictions ( ).
At the time, Doherty was already taking time away from the band, which toured with guitarist Anthony Rossomando in Doherty's stead, for a North American tour to support (2004, Rough Trade).
