Room share available! Save money while looking for a more permanent place, or just save money. I felt very fortunate when I found this deal, and now it's time to pass it forward.
The apartment-mates are all cool, and your roommate is a male college student. The apartment is clean -bay windows, hardwood floors, balcony, working bathrooms- and is located less than a ten minute walk from the train (I take the train every day and I timed it). It is the second floor of a three story house.
Don't be put off by all the connotations attached to a Dorchester address. The house is in the very residential Greek/ Irish section of Dorchester and ridiculously safe. I hear birds chirping and there are cars in peoples' driveways.
Three cool girls live upstairs, and someone else is moving in downstairs, but we don't know who it is yet. All you need to move in is 1 months' rent, and half a month's security ($145), and you get the keys. Yep- that's it, $430 and you can move in.
We don't care how old you are, what race you are, or anything like that. Just be cool and since you're sharing a room, do the guy you're sharing with a favor and don't be dirty. It's available immediately.
I rented here when I first moved to Boston and wanted a home base while looking for a more expensive, more permanent place. I'm pretty busy, so here's my rule on the showing: I show it once, and if you want it, you have to say so on the spot. If you "have to think about it" it's not for you.
