Lesley Garrett might just be the hardest-working woman in showbiz. Earlier this month she released When I Fall In Love, an album of classic love songs, and she's currently appearing on stage seven times a week in the London revival of The Sound Of Music. Last year she even joined the panel of mouthy matriarchs on ITV's Loose Women for a few months!
Digital Spy caught up with Lesley to hear about sharing a stage with Connie Fisher, singing with Michael Ball and managing to get a word in edgeways with Carol McGiffin.
Your new album features a variety of classic love songs. How did you choose them?
"That was the hardest part of making the album because every song has a special significance for me.
