Mourinho backs Blues youngsters to shine

Since billionaire owner Roman Abramovich arrived in West London the Blues have become famed for their extravagant spending on high-profile, and often ageing, imports. But Mourinho claims that that policy could be about to change as younger, lesser-known players at the club are given the chance to establish themselves. 'We have some young boys with quality and we believe maybe they can do it in the future.
