Blubbering as he announced his decision, a judge said Thursday that the guardian of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter can decide where the model should be buried. OOPS! She ditched it again!

Britney Spears' opted out of rehab for the second time in less than a week. FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother tearfully acknowledged Wednesday that her daughter told her she wanted to be buried in California near her idol Marilyn Monroe -- an admission that could hurt the woman's fight to have the pinup laid to rest in her native Texas.

NEW YORK -- It's fraternal twin girls for Marcia Cross.
SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- The family of a woman who died two years ago is suing Michael Jackson and a hospital, claiming the gravely ill patient was moved to make room when the pop star arrived with flu symptoms.

If you're old enough take interest in the reunion tour of the Police, you're old enough to see something odd about it. These guys couldn't stand one another, and now they're together again.

Something really strange.

There is no critic harsher than the American public.

Oops, she did it again. Britney Spears seemed to be in love with a carbon copy of K-Fed. He's dark-haired, fair-skinned and has that skinny-scruffy look she seems to salivate over.

Josh Holloway of "Lost" told Elle magazine that his best pickup line is "Wow, that's a beautiful dress. I saw one just like it at Kmart." Here's why it works, he claimed: "See, you gotta make them think they're all that and then pull the carpet out from under them.

" How did Macy's celebrate Valentine's Day?
David Spade and Sarah Silverman have a lot in common -- they have sharp tongues, they're both "Saturday Night Live" alums and they have new shows on television. Spade's sitcom "Rules of Engagement" airs at 8:30 p.

m. Mondays on WBBM-Channel 2, while the irreverent "The Sarah Silverman Program" airs at 9:30 p.m.

Thursdays on Comedy Central. They are also both quick to make fun of others. But let ye with no sin cast the first stone.

FLUFF looks to these comedians' pasts for comic fodder.
DANIA BEACH, Fla. -- The body of starlet Anna Nicole Smith was embalmed Saturday, under a court order issued a day earlier.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The question of who will inherit Anna Nicole Smith's estate was thrown into confusion Friday with the release of a 2001 will in which the former Playboy centerfold said her fortune should be held in trust for her son -- who died last year.

NEW YORK -- Stephen Colbert may have no taste for the truth, but he does have a sweet tooth. Ben Jerry's has named a new ice cream in honor of the comedian: ''Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream.''
The Beckhams are big in England.

Really big. "Royal family who?" big.

When the hottest Spice Girl hooked up with the sexiest athlete in Britain in 1997, the pop culture gods smiled. The public worshipped them, the paparazzi hounded them and the media skewered them.
Hugh Grant is many things, but a singer is not one of them.

For his new film, "Music and Lyrics," he plays a former pop star who must warble his way back to the top. Grant says a computer helped his singing -- considerably.
We have the technology to build the perfect woman.

According to Dr. Greg Wiener, who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery on Chicago's Northwest Side, women request the same celebrity-inspired body parts, over and over.
So you're nominated for an Oscar and you think you're pretty hot, huh?

Not if FLUFF has anything to do with it. This year's best actress nominees have a few blips on their resumes they probably don't want to discuss, but in the interest of full disclosure, we must. After all, we outed the male nominees last week, so let's be fair.

Hugh Grant is going around telling people, rather plaintively I think, that he has not been invited to the wedding of his old flame Liz Hurley. The perennial starlet finally will be marrying rich guy Arun Nayar in March in two ceremonies, one in India and the other in England. And Hugh, who dated Liz from 1987 to 2000, has not been asked to either one.

For many actors, it would be humbling to achieve superstardom as a character called "Ugly Betty." But America Ferrera understands that this part is more than just a career move. Tearfully accepting her Golden Globe award, she said, "It's such an honor to play a role that I hear from young girls on a daily basis how it makes them feel worthy and lovable and that they have more to offer the world than they thought.

"

The Telegraph, in England, says the zealots at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals have dropped
NASHVILLE, Tenn.---- Keith Urban, the country singer, has filed a lawsuit against Keith Urban, the painter from New Jersey, claiming the painter's Web site violates federal trademark laws. PHILADELPHIA---- Bam Margera -- professional skateboarder, prankster and MTV star -- just earned himself another title: husband.

SAO PAULO, Brazil -- The former Miss Brazil, who disappeared five months ago, has contacted Brazilian police from London to say she is well and does not want to be bothered, authorities said Monday. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which gives out the Oscars, has laid on three speechwriters to help people write acceptance speeches. Can't hurt, I guess, if it stops flustered stars from thanking their accountants, lawyers, baby-sitters, dental hygienists, mechanics, drug dealers, etc.

WASHINGTON -- Sarah Ferguson, the duchess of York, becomes the American Cancer Society's Mother of the Year this week. "Careful who you step over on your way to the top," Grandma used to warn. Great advice for Hollywood's newly minted elite.

After all, it's very rare for an actor to be nominated for his or her very first performance. Lest anyone in tinsel town have too big of an ego, we're here to knock them back down to earth. Sure, Janet Jackson's plastic-surgery-enhanced nose looks good -- if you compare it to siblings Michael and LaToya.

By most standards, though, the nose looks overdone and, well, plastic. But if Miss Jackson's nasty nose is an example of the "bad," to whom do we look for the "good"? Celebrity dolls are nothing new.

(The first Charlie Chaplin doll hit stores in 1915 and Shirley Temple was under every Christmas tree in the '30s.) And they are certainly no more anatomically correct today. Top model Gisele Bundchen, home in Brazil to see her family, was asked by O Globo newspaper what she thinks about this whole models-are-too-skinny controversy.

I wouldn't know myself, but friends who study these matters say Gisele is not one of these emaciated models with the "Oh god we're out of heroin again" look, but rather more of a "fine big girl" type. "You're taking advantage of me! You're taking advantage of Olivier!

" So cries French sex symbol Olivier Martinez, who must be pressed as FLUFF tries to get to the bottom of his shyness about romance. In honor of Super Bowl Sunday, FLUFF turns the spotlight on a football player with the looks and charisma of a movie star: Atiim Kiambu Barber, better known as "Tiki." Recently retired after a career as a running back for the New York Giants, he was the franchise's all-time leading rusher.

The camera loves him, too; next up is a stint broadcasting with ABC News and ESPN. LOS ANGELES -- The parents of a woman killed in a freeway crash involving Brandy sued the actress-singer for $50 million Tuesday. BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.

-- Police sent their report on a deadly car crash involving "Prison Break" actor Lane Garrison to the district attorney Wednesday, authorities said. NEW YORK -- Miss USA Tara Conner, who nearly lost her crown for hard partying in New York nightclubs, says in the upcoming issue of People magazine that her recent stint in rehab was a wakeup call. Jennifer Lopez is scoffing at all the talk about her becoming a Scientologist.

But she did recently tell a Florida TV station, "My dad has been a Scientologist for 20 years. It's weird people want to paint it in a negative way. .

.. I, myself, am Catholic.

" DETROIT---- A 21-year-old man freed from custody for a murder he committed at age 11 has apologized to the victim's family, with help from Oprah Winfrey.
LOS ANGELES -- The California Highway Patrol recommended Monday that actress-singer Brandy be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in a freeway crash that killed a woman motorist last month, a city attorney's spokesman told The Associated Press. It's all over between New York Yankees ballplayer Derek Jeter and starlet Jessica Biel, says the New York Post.

Their evidence: She has just been spotted closerthanthis with Justin Timberlake, while he was in Atlanta dirty-dancing with starlet Gabrielle Union. WASHINGTON -- Kevin Bacon says he used to think the ''six degrees of Kevin Bacon'' game was a joke that would die out, but since it hasn't, he is using the notoriety for charity. LOS ANGELES -- Marcheline Bertrand, actress and mother of Angelina Jolie, has died of cancer, her daughter said Sunday.

Some people are simply famous for being single. There's Jack Nicholson, George Clooney, Matthew McConaughey ..

. and, of course, Jen Schefft. It's not easy being a second-generation celebrity.

Angelina Jolie has given interviews saying which of her three kids are her favorites. Suri Cruise, not even a year old, has been at the center of conspiracy theories ("She's an alien!") and a reported kidnapping plot.

Britney Spears' first-born has already topped a "Worst Dressed" list (and rightly so). Babies cannot thrive on love alone. And celebrity babies in particular are high maintenance from the start, requiring only the best transportation (Silver Cross carriages), protection from the elements (Bloom Love cardigans) and nutrition (organic Bohemian Baby).

Doesn't your kid deserve the star treatment, too? Here's where to start. People magazine says Britney Spears went "home" on a recent night with this guy she's seeing now, Isaac Cohen, to the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa, one of the Fantasy Tower suites at the Palms hotel.

Alicia Keys knows she didn't get here alone. Two women are responsible for making her the femme force she is today. Have you taken our new auto site for a spin?
