It s true, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne broke the news of free OzzFest tickets at the Concert Industry Consortium in Los Angeles.
Their 12th annual hard rock spectacular, OzzFest, is pulling the plug on ticket prices and giving the power back to the fans, calling this summer’s concert tour FreeFest. OzzFest cities already announced include: San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Dallas, San Antonio, Kansas City, St Louis, Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, Pittsburgh, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Hartford, Charlotte, Atlanta, West Palm Beach and Nashville. A complete list of cities is yet to be announced but more news is expected soon.
To get FREE tickets to OzzFest (FreeFest) 2007, either go to or . Once there, you will have to navigate certain links that will direct you to special sponsor pages that have tickets available. You should also be able to find more information regarding free tickets and tour announcements at one or both of those URLs.

As far as making sure you get your FREE OZZFEST tickets, your first step is signing up to Ozzfest.com to receive email notifications. You will then be sent all the band, date and ticket info when it is released.

Tickets are not available yet, and I am sorry for any confusion.
You have to keep your eyes on one of the two sites mentioned in the original post for more information. Once available, links will be up for you to follow to free OzzFest tickets. I am assuming this will lead you to some sort of form, and that tickets will be dispersed on a first-come-first-served basis, but that is just me speculating.
Speculating may sound kinda nasty but it simply means that I am guessing - taking a stab at it so to speak. Maybe Sharon will announce a logon date in advance, so everyone has ample warning to join the frenzy. If we find it, we will post it.
For now stay ahead of the curve and check one of those two sites as often as possible.
