$625 1 Bed Room in a Wonderful House Available November 1 or Sooner!
My name is Tatsuya. I'm a drummer at Berklee.I am looking for a roommate who wants to live with me in a wonderful house in Somerville starting from November 1st or sooner. The room rent is $625, hot water included. We have 2 bed rooms, living room, kitchen in the 1st floor, and free washer and dryer in basement.
The landlord is my host family and they live upstairs. I had lived with them when I first came here and they are famous and awesome family in Somerville. We have a garden on the back and we sometimes cook out!
There is a huge park (Saxton Foss Park) and a lake near the house. The house is in a quiet area. 30-40 minutes from Berklee, all connected to busses and trains.
There are enough stores near the place, include food market, convenience store, liquor store, target, etc. $1250 (first and last) required to move in. They usually don't rent the house for students and they need a security deposit, but we are in and NO security deposit at this time!
