Mechatronics Corporation is a privately held marketing, distribution, and manufacturing company founded in 1979 to market precision bearings to the aerospace industry. Today, the corporation is comprised of four operating groups that serve diverse markets. The National Precision Bearing Group distributes airframe control bearings, precision miniature ball bearings, and commercial industrial bearings to the aerospace, medical, dental, computer peripheral, high technology and industrial markets.
The Mechatronics Fan Group markets and manufactures AC and DC axial cooling fans and accessories for the telecommunications, computer, office automation and industrial markets. The Mechatronics Representative Group markets Fujikura products such as cables, fiber optic products, flexible printed circuits, wiring harnesses and heat dissipation devices to the computer industry. The Silverthin Bearing Group manufactures large diameter thin section ball bearings for the aerospace, industrial, robotic and distributor markets.
Headquarters for the Mechatronics, Inc. operating groups are located in a 50,000 square foot office and warehouse facility in Preston, Washington. The facility supports warehousing and value-added assembly operations for each operating group.
A Clean Room with a Class 100 capability to clean and relubricate precision bearings while maintaining full lot traceability is also on the premises. The corporation sells through its sales offices, sales representatives and distributors in the United States as well as various countries around the world. Each operating group maintains a separate website providing specific product information.
Performs all activities related to collecting delinquent accounts, maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records, and performing general office tasks by performing the following duties. • Accurately applying payments to assigned companies, miscellaneous cash, wires, credit cards and balance with Accounting Supervisor. • Daily collection efforts on all assigned companies, consistently document efforts.
Primary responsibilities include the Fan Group and the SilverThin Group. • Release shipments in accordance with customer’s credit standing, work with sales representatives on those orders that are on hold. • Trade reference request on all new customers, approval letters mailed.
• Daily depositing using desk top deposit, an occasional deposit to be delivered to the bank, for all companies. • Government Invoicing using the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. • Daily pick up of company mail and provide as backup to mail distribution.
