Country trio Rascal Flatts - last year s best selling artist in the US - claimed third spot after selling five million albums and earning $43.6 million touring.
Madonna is in fourth place after raking in $96.

Barbra Streisand claimed fifth place with $95.8 million, despite earning only $4 million from album sales. Streisand s 20 US shows generated $92.
