Very Good Videos to See - A Must ! A new study has revealed startling statistics about the number of people killed each year in U.S.

hospitals. That number is now estimated to be 195,000 people, or almost twice as many as were estimated in a 1998 report on the same subject. To put this in perspective, this is equivalent to almost fifty 9/11 attacks each year in terms of the number of fatalities caused.

This is a health care crisis -- people are being killed by preventable hospital errors and neglect. Unfortunately, it's also the norm in our modern medical system.

This is yet more evidence showing how dangerous it is to be in a .

I've often stated that a hospital is the most dangerous place to be, and 195,000 people each year would no doubt agree with that statement. So what's causing all of these deaths in the first place? They are typically being caused by inadequate care by personnel, such as ignoring bedsores, or by complications from such as post-operative sepsis or infections that result in death.

Errors are also very common in the administering of to patients. Previous studies have shown alarmingly high error rates, where health care personnel give the wrong prescriptions to the wrong patients in the wrong way, and have even been caught attempting to administer fatal doses of prescription drugs simply because they were ordered to do so by a physician.
Make no mistake -- the modern medical system we have in the United States is extremely risky for patients.

Prescription drugs alone kill 100,000 people a year, and over-the-counter medications kill another 40,000. Now with this study we know that hospital errors kill another 195,000 people each year. In all, this makes almost 350,000 people each year who are killed by .

And that's all according to statistics compiled by the medical establishment! I'm sure that critics of modern medicine (such as myself) could make a strong case for a much higher number of deaths being caused by our current system.

And yet once again, we don't see many headlines about this crisis.

No one is calling for an investigation of the pharmaceutical companies for killing 100,000 people each year. The FDA stands by as if on the sidelines, watching all of this without much alarm. Yes, the agency has mandated the bar coding of prescription drugs in hospitals to help reduce errors, but when those prescription drugs cause fatalities even when prescribed and administered correctly, bar coding doesn't solve the source of the problem in the first place.

The real problem with our modern medical system is that it relies on drugs and surgery to treat practically everything, and these limited strategies are inherently dangerous and will inevitably cause fatalities, as is now being shown in numerous studies just like this one.

If we had a national that was based on prevention, nutrition, physical exercise, and consultation with patients rather than surgical procedures and prescription drugs, we would have far fewer deaths, and in fact, great improvements in the longevity and happiness of patients. Costs would plummet, and could be transformed into places of healing rather than death traps.

In time, I hope that we can see major reforms in organized medicine, but for the present, a U.S. hospital is one of the last places you want to find yourself.

### Most Christians who accept the scriptural truth about the literal Millennium have unfortunately concluded that the Kingdom of Christ will only exist for a period of one thousand years. However, the Scriptures teach that Christ's Kingdom on earth and in heaven will be eternal. The Millennium will simply form the first chapter or portion in the eternal plan of God for humanity's future in the coming kingdom of Christ.

Every one of the Old Testament prophecies concerning the coming kingdom of God are unlimited in duration. The apostle John was given a unique prophetic revelation of this initial period of Christ's rule that will last one thousand years. To emphasize its literal reality, the one-thousand-year duration of this initial period of Christ's kingdom is repeated six times in Revelation 20.

John prophesied a number of specific events that would define this period of time. However, it is a fundamental error to believe that all of the Bible's many promises of the kingdom of God could ever be fulfilled in such a short period of time as one thousand years. The Old and New Testaments prophesy that the kingdom of God will truly commence with the Coming of the Messiah to usher in the millennial Kingdom and that it will continue forever.

Humanity will still be tested as to obedience during this thousand-year period as they will live under the righteous government of Jesus Christ, but Satan cannot tempt them. Any sin will be dealt with judicially by Christ; John foretold that she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron (Revelation 12:5). Even in this ideal spiritual condition, the Bible foretells that many of the people who survive Armageddon will fail this final test of obedience.

When the Millennium is almost concluded, Satan will be released from his imprisonment in the bottomless pit and set free for a little season (Revelation 20:3). During this time, Satan will gather a multitude of the sinful rebels of all nations throughout the earth to join in a last desperate attempt to defeat Christ in a great battle against the beloved city Jerusalem (Revelation 20:9). Satan will finally be defeated by Jesus Christ and will be sent to the lake of fire forever.

John prophesies in the Apocalypse that God will renew the earth and the heavens with fire from heaven following His victory over Satan's final rebellion. In a similar manner, as God cleansed the earth from the pollution of sin with a great worldwide flood during the days of Noah, Christ will cleanse the earth and heaven from the pollution of sin with fire. Then the eternal kingdom of God, with Israel and the surviving Gentile nations, will continue throughout eternity to enjoy the blessings of God under the direct rule of Jesus the Messiah and the righteous saints of the resurrected Church acting as holy These passages confirm that God will redeem the earth from the curse of evil after the Millennium.

The renovated and sinless earth will continue forever as part of the eternal kingdom of God. Many Christians have misunderstood the scriptural references to the New Earth as if they taught that God would annihilate His original creation and replace it with a newly created New Earth. However, the numerous passages quoted above demonstrate that God created the original earth to exist forever as part of the eternal kingdom of God.

When we examine the passages in the Bible that deal with the New Earth we find that the Lord plans to renovate the surface of the earth with fire similar to the renovation of the pre-Flood earth with water during the days of Noah. While the surface of the earth was transformed by the actions of the water, the original earth remained. Similarly, God will purge the earth with fire If this interpretation is correct, then the burning of the earth must be confined to the surface of the planet as occurred during the biblical Flood.

The apostle John wrote: And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away (Revelation 21:1). The Greek word used in this passage Parerchomai indicates something that is transformed from one condition into another, but the word does not suggest the annihilation and replacement by something completely new and different. The words of Revelation 21:1 do not prophesy the annihilation of the existing heaven and earth but rather declare that they passed away.

Just as the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water (2 Peter 3:6) in the days of Noah, the present earth will be burnt with fire after the Millennium. While the ancient pre-Flood world perished, the planet earth survived to be renovated following the Deluge. Similarly, God's plan for the restitution of all things will renovate His earthly creation into a holy and eternal kingdom of God on earth and in heaven.

The inspired promise of God was recorded by Luke in the book of Acts: And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began (Acts 3:21). Can you imagine what your life would be like if we were living today in the millennial Kingdom of God? There would be no need for locks on our doors and security systems in our homes to protect our innocent children and ourselves.

When the Millennium is introduced by the dramatic return of Jesus Christ, the life of every single human will be transformed forever when the influence of Satan will be eliminated from our planet as the devil is confined to the bottomless pit for a thousand years. For the first time in the history of humanity, we will be able to live without the threat of violence, without fear of constant hunger and devastating plagues and disease, without the ever-present threat of death of our loved ones. addresses, see the information paragraph at the The following is by the late J.

Vernon McGee. I 1975, which I was a couple of years old in the Lord, and it helped me a great deal at that time And she went, and came, and gleaned in the field part of the field belonging unto Boaz, who was of road from Bethlehem, you would have seen a girl who had no idea into which field she should go. of Boaz?

It's going to be very important that she get in that field. If she doesn't, then you can Bethlehem. Jesus won't be born there.

And you can Bethlehem. You see, it's important that she go into the right field. How is she going to find the right field?

When I was in Bethlehem, I took a walk myself. I did, but it couldn't have been very far from it. And I thought of her as I walked.

I think we've located the fields of Boaz. They're right down at the foot of the hill from Bethlehem. Bethlehem was a typical city in Palestine of that day.

All of them were built upon a hill, and this little town of Bethlehem was no exception. Evidently valley were the fields of Boaz. When Ruth went out of Bethlehem that day, she had no notion where to go.

Now Scripture says, Her hap was to BoazŠ. Well, the word hap is an old Anglo-Saxon word, coming from the same stem as perhaps or happens. Her hap was just a happenstance, as we call it today.

From her viewpoint, it was just by chance. Actually, it was just that. Now this very important that she go into the right field?

Did God put up a stop and go sign, a red and green light, or point an arrow into the right field? He did not. Well then, did a voice speak out of heaven?

No, no voice spoke out of heaven. Well, she must have had a vision, someone thinks. But she didn't have a vision.

Well, how in the field? Let's ask Ruth. I would say to her, Ruth, leading about the field of Boaz.

And she'd say, No, I didn't. You'd better go back and read the book of Ruth again. It says that my hap was to light on his field.

I just happened to go in there. May I say to you, from the human viewpoint, it was just happenstance. From God's viewpoint, it's something else.

He's going to lead her into the right field. But He's not going Special Delivery air mail letter from heaven. My friend, God doesn't lead that way today, and I don't think He has ever led very many that way.

direct manner, but Ruth was not one of them. It made. God said to Jonah, Arise, go to Nineveh speak out.

But I want to say this to you: what He as Ruth's getting into the right field, because going into the right field. Now God is going to overrule in all of this, and God is going to guide in the background. That's the wonderful thing about the Lord's will.

I'm not sure that people talk today as if they have a road map. They say, The Lord's will was for me to do this, and I knew this was the Lord's will. I wish I could be that clear, that sure.

Years ago, when I was pastor in Cleburne, Texas, I received two calls from other churches, one to California. And I didn't know which to take. I'm being honest with you.

I actually got down on the to accept. He didn't. I had no vision.

But then I heard Dr. Harry Ironside make the statement that of the decisions he had to make in his life, were God's will. He did not know until sometime later on.

After hearing that, I went back home that I felt we were to go to California. I wasn't sure, but I felt that was the way I was As far as God's will for your life is concerned, pointing or a voice out of heaven, you're just wrong. He doesn't do it that way.

into the right field, she would have said, I don't know what you're talking about. And had you asked her why she chose the field she did, I think she would have said to you, I prayed about it. Before I left home this morning, I asked God to lead me.

I really didn't know which road to take, but I got down here and looked into one people gleaning in it, so I was pretty sure that whoever owned that was a skinflint. But over on the other side of the road, my, there were a lot people gleaning. And I knew that man must be a generous man, and I needed to find that kind of field because I'm a Moabitess, a foreigner, an outcast, and I didn't want to be put out; so that's why I chose this one.

...

For Ruth there was the element of uncertainty, but on the other One of the glorious things, as we go through this world today, is to know that our times are in His permission. You must remember that there was a hedge around Job, and even Satan couldn't touch him until God gave permission. God will not give purpose.

It did serve a lofty and worthy purpose in the life of Job. And I'm sure that Ruth did was making. She just went in, and I think she because he's looking for some sign, some some dream, he must realize that God is not speaking to us in that way today.

God today is speaking to us through His Word. And the child of God who walks in fellowship with God, with no unconfessed sin in his life, and has not grieved the Holy Spirit, can commit his life to God. And what God's will is for him, he can make a decision and move into the situation.

Now maybe he makes a wrong decision, but God has permitted As I look back on my life, there is one instance where I expected God to open up a door for me, and He didn't open up that door. In fact He slammed the door, as it were, in my face, and I felt very bad about it. But I thank God that He did it, because now I can look back and see that it was best.

It's like what Joseph said to his old Jacob, their father. He said in Genesis 50:20, But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good. How wonderful that is, and may it be an encouragement to you today.

Perhaps you are actually biting your clear leading. You know Christians who act like they have a hotline to heaven. Now it's wonderful that all of us have access to God, but I'm not sure that He always talks right back to us.

So banter about the statement, I know this is the Lord's will. We just can't always be sure. But we can commit our way to Him, have no unconfessed sin in our lives, not grieve the Holy Spirit, and know.

Yes, my friend, you can commit yourself to Him in a wonderful way. And even if you got into the same predicament that Joseph did, or even that Job did, say with him, Though he slay me, My friend, that's the glorious truth that brings a joy and an expectancy to life. The providence God.

I'm glad that He didn't give me a blueprint because, frankly, I like to take a trip over a new road, going into an area I've never been before. I did that one autumn when we were in the Ozarks. My, how that road twisted and turned.

And leaves were a riot of color. Nature seemed pictures. And I'm so glad that God didn't send me pictures of it all ahead of time.

the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13But if there is no resurrection of the dead, neither hath Christ been raised: 14and if Christ hath not been raised, then is our preaching vain, your faith also is vain. 15Yea, we are found up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead are not raised.

16For if the dead are not raised, neither hath Christ been raised: 17and if Christ hath not been raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. 18Then they also that are fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19If we have only hoped in Christ in this life, we are of all men most pitiable.

20But now hath Christ been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of them that are asleep. 21For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.

23But each in his own order: Christ's, at his coming. 24Then cometh the end,*_ *when he shall deliver up the kingdom to God, even the Father;* when he shall have abolished all rule and all authority and power. 25For he must reign, till he hath put all his enemies under his feet.

26The last enemy that shall be abolished is death. 27For, He put all things in subjection under his feet. But when he saith, All things are put in subjection, it is 28And when all things have been subjected unto him, then shall the unto him, that God may be all in all.

29Else what shall they do that are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, then are they baptized for them? 30Why do we also stand in jeopardy every hour?

31I protest by that glorifying in you, brethren, which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily. 32If after the manner of men I fought with beasts at Ephesus, what doth it profit me? If the dead are not raised, let us eat and drink, for to-morrow we die.

33Be not deceived: Evil companionships corrupt good morals. 34Awake to soberness righteously, and sin for some have no knowledge of 35But some one will say, How are the dead raised? and with what manner of body do they come?

36Thou foolish one, that which thou sowest, thou sowest not the body that shall be, but a bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other kind; 38but God giveth it a body even as it pleased him, and to each seed a body of its own. 39All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one flesh of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another flesh of birds, and another of fishes. 40There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

41There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differeth from another star in glory. 42So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in body; it is raised a spiritual body.

If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 45So also it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

46Howbeit that is not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; then that which is spiritual. 47The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is of heaven. 48As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

49And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. 50Now this I say, brethren, that flesh 51Behold, I tell you a mystery: We all shall not sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54But when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55O death, where is thy victory? O death, where is thy sting?

56The sting of death is sin; and the power of sin is the 57but thanks be to God, who giveth us the victory through our Lord 58Wherefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your So sorry. You are putting to much emphasis on human body. The bible that rotten flesh goes back to the ground.

So wether you are burried finished with this human flesh body. The body is of no use to us or *CREMATION*. Burning of the dead.

The following are the reasons we *Cremation has a heathen origin and purpose.* Why do the Hindus and those of other heathen religions cremate? They do it in the belief that the dead are not raised again, whereas the Bible says there is a resurrection of the just and the unjust.

The heathen releasing the spirit of the deceased. Again, some practice haunting the loved ones is diminished. There is nothing Christian 25:8-10), Sarah (Ge.

23:1-4), Rachel (Ge. 35:19-20), Isaac (Ge. (1 Ki.

practiced burial*. For example, Joseph's body was kept for over wilderness wanderings before being buried in the Promised Land. We read of this in Ge.

50:24-25; Ex. 13:19 and Jos. 24:32.

How much Joseph, then carried his ashes with them in a tiny container! But this they refused to do. Joseph, a follower of the one true God, a man who looked forward to the bodily resurrection, was given an honorable burial.

From this important example, we learn that even if cremation is less expensive or easier than burial, to be rejected, as the Israelites rejected the economical and understand. We believe in a bodily resurrection (Ro. 8:22-23; 1 Co.

15:20-23; 2 Co. 5:1; 1 Co. 15:51-57).

Yes, the buried body will decompose in time. Yes, there are occasions in which sinking of ships, in fires, etc. But when at all possible we bury.

Why the trouble? Because it is our certain hope that the same individual will be raised in the same body, only changed. The physical body is called the seed for the resurrection body.

When planted, a seed decomposes, and the new plant comes forth. The In 1 Co. 15:35-44 the Apostle answers those who would ask how it for God to raise again a decomposed body.

The husbandry--planting seed. The farmer does not destroy his seed; he plants it, then from the decaying seed comes forth the new life. Such is burial and the resurrection.

When we bury a Christian loved one, we are planting the seed for the resurrection body! It Contrast heathenism. They have no such knowledge or hope.

The Hindus and Buddhists, for example, believe in reincarnation. body, they do not believe that soul, once departed from the body at death, will be resurrected in any relation whatsoever to the first body. Rather they believe the soul will be reincarnated in another entirely unrelated body, or into a non-physical sphere hope burning in their hearts.

We will see that brother or sister again in that same body, only changed, glorified! Hallelujah! Christ can we have this certain hope.

He has taken upon Himself on the cross the punishment for our sins, carried our sins into the grave, and rose again in eternal triumph three days later. When an individual thoroughly acknowledges his sinfulness before God, repents of his sin, and receives Jesus Christ as his or her Lord and Savior, the sin debt is paid, and eternal life and glory is promised from God the Father. Part of this heritage in Christ is *Cremation is a sign of God's curs*e.

destroy by fire or by any other means (Ro. 14:8; 1 Co. 6:19- 20).

*God has plainly called cremation wickedne *ss (Am. 2:1). *The Lord Jesus Christ was buried, and He is our great example* would rise again on the third day according to the Scriptures, even so is the Christian said to rest at death.

To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord, as the Apostle Paul testified (2 Co. 5:9 and Ph. 1:21-23).

The body without the spirit is dead (Jam. 2:26). The dead body sleeps in the grave while the Of course we cannot force people either to bury or not to bury.
