B. baby clothes for her newly adopted son, David. Nice, huh?
I think so. But the sweet and kindhearted Madonna refused the gift because she thought it was a blatant ploy for publicity on Gwen s part for her clothing line.
A source told the paper: [Madonna] politely thanked Gwen but called her to say she and Guy disagree on the children wearing clothes that blatantly promote people s personal brands.
She was touched but wasn t sure if Gwen was secretly trying to get publicity by sending her the gift.
Lighten up Madge, it was just a baby gift.
