They attended Christina Aguilera s party at New York City s Hudson Hotel, and apparently an eyewitness told the New York Daily News, He was scratching her back, they were kissing, it wasn t subtle.
They ve been spending some quality time leading up to New Year s Eve as well - they were spotted having dinner at The Mercer Kitchen, shopping together at Barney s New York, and hanging out at the Comedy Cellar.

What has happened to her?
Jessica Simpson s performance of Nine to Five, a tribute to Dolly Parton during the 29th annual Kennedy Center Honors last night, went sour. She abruptly ended the rendition with the words so nervous, and bolted from the stage.
Her quick exit left the audience stunned, and with no applause. When re-entering the stage later with the other singers, she was in tears. There s no word yet no whether or not CBS will edit her performance before airing the event later this month.
