Britney Spears' representative, Larry Rudolph, has denied US media reports suggesting that the pop star may be expecting her third child.
"Britney is not pregnant," Larry told Us Weekly, calling a story in a rival magazine which suggested that her rumoured New Year's Eve collapse may indicate a pregnancy "absurd".
Larry said he believes the pregnancy rumour stemmed from an incident last week in which Britney's new beau, Isaac Cohen, was photographed with the singer sporting brown goo on his clothing.
Contrary to suggestions that Britney may have suffered an unexpected bout of morning sickness, Isaac reportedly told the photographers that he'd simply had an accident with a jar of peanut butter and hadn't had a chance to clean up the mess.
"Because Isaac didn't lick the peanut butter off his fingers, someone decided that it must not be peanut butter, but must instead be Britney's vomit," Larry added, calling the claims "ridiculous".
According to Us Weekly's sources, Britney has in fact been spending time in an LA recording studio with none other than super producer Pharrell Williams, working on her hotly anticipated new album.
