Los Angeles, CA (AHN) - A snowboarding injury has forced Snow Patrol drummer Jonny Quinn to withdraw from the band's tour. Graham Hopkins, who is the drummer for Boss Volenti and is the former drummer of rock band Therapy, will be replacing Quinn for the remaining concert dates.
Beginning March 4, Hopkins will perform at the band's European and Australian dates.
First show will take place in Germany.
Snow Patrol has had a series of unfortunate accidents in the past year, including bassist Paul Wilson suffering an injury on the European leg of their tour in 2006. The band were also unable to commit to several shows in the U.
S. when Gary Lightbody lost his voice.
Quinn broke his arm during a snowboarding accident in the French Alps.
