Now, in regards to the Pelican s skimpy wireless internet service.
Frankly, internet access in the swimming pool areas is not even
approaching adequate. In short, it is pitiful. Other resorts have
wireless, we should also.
There is no such thing as a world class
hotel today without a complete wireless network available. I am on
the island for a minimum of two weeks at a time. I must use my
laptop for at least two hours a day.
I cannot carry the laptop and a
file case to a swimming pool to take care of my business. Plus, I
have to get dressed to do so. Plus, what do I do if it is raining?
I
do not care if it is not free. If the Pelecan cannot afford a free
network system, why don t they charge me to use one? I would not
mind paying for the service.
I am trying to stay at the Pelican as
hard as I can, but eventually I will have to give my weeks to
wireless access (like the ones in Maho) Thank you, Robert Delaney

In the past it was always easy to trade weeks at Pelican.
But since
Royal took over and has so many weeks for rent it is impossible. As

I was just surfing the Pelican web-site and
beach. I really hope that considering we want people to still come
to Pelican, we will install more of the cameras for the safety of
our visitors. What s the latest decision on this Judy?

seen pics of the construction, and seeing it as it is really is
really disgusted me. I m not sure how my view will be affected, but
views they had. I would also as an owner, like to know how many of
the units are sold in the new building.
