Anyway, I'm not sure exactly what this thread is really about. Weird points spreads or using the Calibra to win the race or series? I'm sorry if I misunderstand the true meaning of this thread.
I'll give this information to make the series easy for 200 points. I did happen to notice that the lineup really does have a wide spread of points.
Anway, I generalized that two Ford GTs and a Jaguar or a Pagani give 200 points for this race against the Honda 2000 LM Race Car as setup below (I never checked how close to 200 points). The Jaguar is a slug and the Fords are only a little better. The quickest one is the Pagani.
I was just playing around with the lineups George showed and basically a Honda 2000 LM Race Car with Stage 3 Turbo (471 HP), R3s, max downforce and about 70 units ballast will turn 1:11.8 to 1:12.8 laps at Deep Forest literally devastating any competition, no matter what vehicle is in the lineup.
It finished about 25 seconds ahead easy.
So I guess if the Honda goes against lineup 6, you could literally coast around the track for an easy, easy win.
The only tough race is at Sarthe against a Pagani (choose a different lineup that doesn't have a Pagani if you wish). I had to set my top gears to around 200 MPH and used NOx to stay ahead. If you are behind you can easily draft the fastest car on long straights with a quick burst of NOx.
If you're behind near the finish, just cut the grass and get by since the opponent has to slow down.
All the other races are just fluff since the Honda 2000 LM sticks like glue on twisty courses. All in all, it's an easy way to make 200 A-spec points for all Dream?
