'Stadium Arcadium' the 28 track, ninth studio album, by the alternative rock band, the Red Hot Chili Peppers has been voted as the best album. The band also claimed the Best Band honours in the poll. The album released in May 2006 sold over one million copies of the album within the first month of release in Europe.
The title has gone gold or platinum in 16 countries across Europe, and has sold almost 6 million copies total worldwide to date resulting the best seller of albums released in 2006. Pop star Aguilera claimed the Best R+B Artist and Best Female Performer gongs, while Dylan claimed the Artist of The Year title and finished a runner-up in Best Male Performer, Best Single (Someday Baby) and Best Album (Modern Times). The magazine's dishonours list was lead by Britney Spears' ex Kevin Federline who claimed the worst act Prize.
The former backup dancer beat the likes of Paris Hilton and Ashlee Simpson for the title. Music mogul Sean Combs claimed the Most Unwelcome Comeback title while; the hip-hop band Black Eyed Peas got the Worst Song title for 'My Humps.
