Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Brooks Pharmacy are all less than a 5 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood, on-street permit parking available, parking spot is negotiable. You've also got a sub/deli/food spot AND a launderomat AND a convenience store, all within 5 houses away.
Current roommates are 3 males, mid 20's, all employed. The bedroom that is available is smaller than the other bedrooms. because of this, you also get an additional room, great for anyone who has a desktop PC, or an extra futon, or anything you want to keep out of your room.
The roomies are all clean, considerate people, we all get along, no one is wound up too tight, we'll occassionally hang out and watch some TV together, otherwise everyone sort of does their own thing. Umm..
