NEW YORK, Oct. 19 (UPI) -- Yoko Ono has laid claims in Manhattan Supreme Court that her late husband John Lennon s old record company has been withholding royalties.
In court filings, Ono alleges that Capitol Records and EMI have cheated her out of about $10 million in royalties from Lennon s records, the New York Post reported Thursday.

She claims in the suit that the two companies have been "willfully and knowingly underreporting royalties."
This is also the third time that Capitol Records has been accused of underpaying royalties.
