Ecuador second round elections are on November 26 where Rafael Correa leftwing socialist reformer will face billionaire Alvaro Noboa. According to the news Noboa has lost support and the polls showing Correa in first place. This might be due to Ortega amazing victory in Nicaragua or maybe due to people realising that Noboa is another politician who are promising to bring down the moon and starts for the common people.
Noboa is US backed candidate who if elected will be not different than any other corrupt politician whose jobs in the office is to keep the common people under oppression and this is going on since the colonial occupation. The only chance common poor people have is the change of faces with the same oppressive policies.
The intelligent vote would be to elected an outsider Correa who is promising the social reforms which will benefit them in the long run.
Ecuadorians must also be patient as this will be a very slow process because Correa has to face the tough opposition from the ruling class who will try to block his all reforms for their own material benefits. This is the time for a real change which Correa is promising with his eduction and health care reforms and the people of Ecuador has nothing to loose.
Correa victory on November 26 will be another proof that the people of the world don t like US interference in their elections and freely choose the candidate which is best for their own country.
The Latin Americans must also realise that US will use the fear tactics of religion against Correa describing him as evil leftist or communists but the truth is that Bible really does not support the corrupt Capitalism. The social reforms are really not threat to anybody s religious belief but they are infact very much in line with Bible.

There is very interesting political changes which are pointing that USA is loosing its Superpower of the World status ofcourse with the help of Bush regime stupid policies. The new bloc which is building will be more powerful in political and economical terms that it will be difficult for USA to try to impose its oppressive policies in the name of Democracy . China will be the next economic superpower of the world without aggressive polices of invasion and occupation.

Hugo Chavez policies have already win the hearts and minds of the people of Latin America as well as in Asia clearly shows that world reject the US policies and will welcome policies which are for the benefit of poor people. The current example is the Nicaragua election where voters has rejected US backed candidate ignoring all their economic and financial threats.
The majority of the world leaders has assured to cooperative and have good relations with Ortega government including Iran. The other interesting news is that Lula de Salva Brazilian President has strongly endorsed Hugo Chavez re-election with very strong message that all the Brazilians who have voted for him would love to re-elect Hugo Chavez. Evo Morales has signed defence and economic treaties with Venezuela and they praise the Cuban efforts to fight Bolivia illiteracy.
Nicaragua Present elect Ortega call Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro as beloved brothers so the power in shifting more towards socialists reforms with close ties are building. The present Latin America bloc consists of Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Argentina, Cuba and probably Chile will join the group Michelle Bachelet Jeria too is Socialists with very close ties to Middle Eastern countries Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine.
Russia and China are making sure not to let the Bush crazy regime to implement its oppressive policies through UN Security Council to isolate Iran and North Korea with sanctions.
Bush regime will be isolated if they keep insisting on their dictatorship. The world do not fear US military power because of Iraq and Afghanistan failed invasion and occupations. Bush has ruled out any negotiations with Iran until they stop their uranium enrichment. Iran has showed no weakness or sign of doing so because they believe it is their legal right to enrich uranium for their peaceful energy purposes under NPT.

Keeping all this in mind the chances are that Joe Lieberman will switch party and that will balance the power in Senate where Democrats and Republicans will equally divide the committees and Dick vote will be the deciding factor.
The situation on the ground in Iraq is the same where people are getting killed by IED suicide bombs with US and British troops. The violence has rise in Shias South where British troops were enjoying a relatively peaceful occupation.
The most important news is that Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will visit Bush with main agenda on his mind is try to portray Iran as the greatest threat for Western Countries including USA. Israel is pursuing their goal to make Bush regime to take military action against Iran by raising the threats of Iran nuclear program. Ehud Olmert might find someone like Paul Wolfowitz another Jew who can convince Bush regime to take immediate military action against Iran s nuclear facilities.
The Evangelicals will support all Ehud Olmert suggestions invading Iran for their religious beliefs. We might see another drama on UN Security Council with a little change that Condoleezza Rice will be holding small bottle of uranium claiming it to be the greatest threat to civilized world. The chances are that the rest of the world leader will make the same mistake again and let them do what they want.
The facts are that Iran is no threat to Israel or any other Western country including US because they are decades away from developing nuclear weapons if they have this objective which Iranian leadership deny strongly.

Bush regime openly supported Danial Ortega opponent with threats of cutting all the aid with threats from US Congress Representatives to stop the remittances of Nicaraguans who are working in US and they claim they are doing this to protect their interests in that country. Nicaragua is the second poorest country in Latin America after Haiti with 5.4 million population which economy depends upon Banana Tobacco and Rum.
I really don t understand what are US interests which they are trying to protect in this poor country and why it is so difficult tor them to accept the results of democratic elections where their backed candidate are rejected by the voters. Bush regime is as conservative as Reagan which might again start the contras in Nicaragua which killed 30000 poor civilians with the support to Reagan crazy policy.
